His proven track record ensures client expectations are delivered on time through regular communication and services, including cost planning and estimating, value engineering, tender evaluation and financial reporting.

He cultivates excellence in strong, professional teams with technical expertise, and is dedicated to developing the next generation of skilled Quantity Surveyors.

With 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Christian provides high quality Quantity Surveying services while leading diverse teams to deliver exemplary projects successfully. Christian’s strategic thinking and wealth of experience have enabled him to successfully deliver large developments as part of a multidisciplinary team and smaller boutique projects requiring meticulous attention to detail.

With Christian’s knowledge and expertise, he has an understanding of client requirements and is committed to delivering and exceeding our clients' goals and visions.

His experience across sectors and services, from project inception to completion, instils confidence in his clients. Christian’s dedication to project consultancy is underlined by his keen interest in understanding the needs and objectives of his clients and strives to surpass expectations. He endeavours to provide timely and complete advice required for successful client and project outcomes.

Daniel manages our Western Australia business operations for project management and quantity surveying services. With a wealth of experience and an extensive background in the construction, engineering, and property industries since 2007, his experience extends across Australia, Canada, and the United States; he has delivered a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, with values exceeding $1 billion.

His reputation in the industry is a testament to his experience and technical knowledge in delivering services such as project direction strategy, design management, procurement strategy, development planning, cost management, program management, relocation management, and asset audits.

Daniel's leadership style is marked by his approachability, effectiveness, and forward-thinking to foster collaborative and productive teams. His ability to adapt contributions to meet the unique demands of each project is a key factor in his success. This flexibility underscores his commitment to ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction, making him an ideal Manager for any project. His hands-on approach enables him to plan, implement, and manage projects within budget and time specifications.

Paul is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience delivering major construction projects. His proven track record includes managing and delivering more than $5 billion of construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings in Australia and internationally.

Central to Paul’s success is his transparent approach to dialogue and adeptness at navigating complex stakeholder structures, which enable him to deliver projects that require unique, market-leading project drivers with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and team members. Paul is committed to ensuring his clients’ vision is maintained throughout all phases of delivery and ensures all requirements are met or exceeded.

Paul has a wealth of property experience and works with some of Australia's largest organisations; he brings a new perspective of the role we play in the success of our clients' businesses with his entrepreneurial ability to look beyond the traditional approach.

With over 18 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Independent Certification, and Business Management, Stuart is an accomplished Director at TCubed Consulting. He has worked internationally, including Australia, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, and has extensive project experience across
sectors, such as Commercial, Retail, Infrastructure/Transport, Local and State Government, Education, and Defence.

His meticulous approach and attention to detail consistently result in precise and accurate cost estimation, budget management, and project optimisation. Stuart’s adept leadership fosters collaboration as
demonstrated through his track record of delivering a high-quality service. Stuart effectively manages both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met with the highest level of cost accuracy and within tight time constraints.

With over 14 years of experience in urban and infrastructure development across various sectors, James’ professional outlook ensures exceptional service delivery from project inception to completion. He readily engages with consultants, clients, and stakeholders, integrating well with diverse project teams to ensure all client requirements are met and delivered on time. James’ proactive team leadership ensures project complexities are analysed, and he brings innovative solutions to his clients.

James’s strength lies in his ability to handle project complexities. He excels in preparing contract documentation, contract administration, project and cost management, and site superintendency. His successful liaison and management of authorities and stakeholders, both internal and external, is a testament to his competence and interpersonal skills.
